Useful questions, supported conclusions
SunloopMedia explains technology, software and digital-life questions so readers can understand what a claim means for a real decision. A factual claim needs a relevant source or a recorded observation. Uncertainty should remain visible when the evidence does not support a stronger answer.
Sources should support the passage
We check whether a source supports the particular statement, including its date, version and limits. Vendor documentation explains documented behavior; it is not a substitute for an independent product test. AI output is not evidence merely because it sounds plausible. We do not invent sources, quotations, credentials or experience.
Testing claims have boundaries
An article’s evidence state must match the work actually performed. We distinguish hands-on, partially tested, research/documentation-based, not tested, retested and outdated/review-required work. Tasks, conditions, relevant dates, results and limitations belong with the article. A small successful task does not establish universal product reliability or a broad human-usability finding. See How We Research & Test.
One truthful editorial identity
SunloopMedia Editorial is our organizational byline. It does not imply a larger newsroom, an independent panel of testers or a person with invented credentials. A contributor or reviewer credit must describe a real role. The owner retains final approval of publication, important claims, testing claims and material corrections.
AI assistance and responsibility
AI may assist research, drafting, analysis, editing, development and production. Its output is not automatically verified or automatically published. Material claims need checked sources or recorded observations. When an AI agent operates a material test, the explanation identifies that role instead of implying unperformed human testing.
Our operating rule is not to intentionally send reader correspondence, credentials, confidential information or unnecessary personal information to external AI services. We do not claim that all work is human-written or that every historical interaction has been audited.
Independence and material relationships
Commercial relationships cannot dictate editorial conclusions, suppress criticism, require a favourable verdict or grant a partner approval of conclusions. We disclose material relationships, supplied products/access and relevant benefits for the individual piece where applicable. No sponsorship, affiliate commission or free access makes an unsupported finding acceptable. See our Affiliate Disclosure and Advertising Policy.
Images, comparisons and updates
Screenshots should describe the context they actually show. A newer illustrative capture must not silently become evidence that an older test was repeated. Conceptual diagrams and teaching examples must be distinguishable from observed product behavior. We do not invent ratings, results or a comparison winner.
Material corrections should explain what changed; clarification and factual correction are different. Retesting requires new recorded work, not simply a refreshed date or image. See our Corrections Policy.
Contact
Send editorial questions or proposed corrections to contact@sunloopmedia.com, identifying the article and relevant passage. An ordinary correction request is assessed against evidence and is not automatically accepted as fact.
Technology trends and developments
Our focus is practical technology education, explainers, guides, reviews, comparisons and digital-life topics. Trending explores technology trends, developments and their practical meaning. Discussion of a recent development should explain its relevance to readers and remain grounded in sources and the stated evidence limits.
